TELENIMARK-FORTE SR
Teneligliptin and Metformin HCI Tablets are a combination of two medicines namely Teneligliptin and Metformin. Firstly, Teneligliptin stops the activity of the dipeptidyl peptidase 4 enzyme, which in turn increases the body’s insulin levels and lowers glucagon levels. All these actions reduce the level of sugar in the body. Secondly, Metformin belongs to a class of drugs called “biguanides” and reduces the production of glucose in the liver and the absorption of glucose in the intestine.

Type 2 diabetes is a chronic or lifelong disease in which blood sugar or glucose levels rise above normal.
